23rd Annual Day 2014-15

The Annual Day finally came to an end yesterday. But why aren't we happy? Because it was the most memorable one yet. Started on a confusing note of short listing songs and working for 10 hrs just to get the perfect combination of songs for the theme : "Ekta: The bond of unity." Was much of a task. But when we all are together nothing could go wrong. Well being together.. Ahaan!! Lots of fights and lots of misunderstandings on the songs the dress and every lil bit but you that's the fun of working together. Whatever happens we end together as friends. Every shout, every scolding, every laugh, every cry, every punishment, every threat of cancellation, every day of extra time, every dance move, every stunt, every prop, every stage practice, every treat, every denial, every approval, every fight, every lie and every truth all came to an end yesterday. We just could not stop ourselves from getting emotional but then we cheered for ourselves. I am already feeling nostalgic about this one. I made some friends I never would meet again, some teasing that never would be heard again, some spin the bottle's that never would be played again, some music that never would be played again, some dances that never would be practised again and some conversations that never would be spoken again. It all ends here.

20.12.14
     Lasts forever.

Pani Puri Cuisine

It indeed is a cuisine in itself. And is called by various proper nouns such as Pani Puri Pani Ke Patashe, Phuchka, Gup Chup,  Pani ke Bataashe, Pakodi, Gol GappA, Ghopcha. Whatever you call it once you see a stall you can't resist yourself. The origin of pani puri can be traced back to Magadha {Present South Bihar} however the name GolGappa suggests Varanasi. In Kolkata it {Puchka} is considered to be the best among also the other cuisines like golgappa.

The filling is made by lightly mashing boiled potatoes with black salt, salt, some spices, a generous portion of tamarind pulp (made by mashing ripe tamarind in tamarind water), chilli (powder/chopped/boiled & pasted). The tamarind water Tetul Jol is made by mixing tamarind and spices/ salt and making a light and tart liquid with water.

The taste of that pani puri when you place it in your mouth. It is an inevitable experience you would never get in any other thing. The competition to eat the most. The running away after having the last one so you don't need to pay and the shy ask for sukhi puri. The fun shared with friends and the joy of eating with parents. The alag sa taste in the rains and the stress buster in summers.

We, The people of India,
Thank God!
For his most beautiful and remarkable creation
Pani Puri!

Gandhi The Evil

We all hate Hitler for his bad deeds ever wondered he was not that bad either. At least he punished those who ill behaved with women and gave the respect. But the so called and entitled father of our nation Gandhi was he good enough? Well i don,t think so.

Gandhi born in Gujarat has several things untold in the history. He in one of his conference plead every man in India to adopt Bhramacharya and to not maintain any sexual relations with the females.  But was Gandhi himself so clean. Te evil rises here.

Do you ever know the father did not even supported Hindi as our national language. Instead to please his beloved Muslims he proposed a language called Hindustani. Which has no vocabulary and no grammar. Just a pointless mix of Hindu and Urdu.

But that is not all. Gandhi was a sinner to many women. Betraying his own wife and un following his own proclamation of Bhramacharaya Gandhi wanted the teenagers to bathe and sleep on the same bed but not talk anything sexual. He forced women to bathe in front of him. Naked. But said that he closes his eyes at that time. After his wife died he asked women to sleep with him and then said that she only slept close to me. He used to sexually harass young women and is proved to force a woman of half his age to sleep with him. He used to lay them naked and just stare at them for long in order to improve his resistance, But would mostly end up speaking literally raping them.

No wonder if Gandhi had been more persistent and Jinnah had been more considerate India's first prime minister would have been Jinnah and the country would be so much different.

I am not telling Hitler was any good but was Gandhi any better? Does Gandhi really is correct to be father of our nation? This haunts us till date.

Let it go!

Problems in life? Worries? Tension? Stress? Strain?Difficulty?
Just one solution.. let it go
Have you ever in your life just went on a walk with.. yourself? Never then you are kidding or better be. Everyone needs time to spend with self and talk to yourself. Just when you are tensed try to go out of the box and go on a walk. Talk and think about the great things or experiences you have been through. Just the good ones. And see life is so great and has so much to give and a lil to take. But discover yourself your joys and do those things which make you happy. No the usual ones but your passions. I dance. Its the best stress buster ever. I can't go to sleep without listening to music. I have a habit of waking up early and practising yoga. That are the things which make me happy. Have you ever laid on grass ground and stared at the skies? In Public. Its removes the hesitation and builds up the confidence believe me it does. Dance like no ones watching. Sing like no ones listening. All worlds a stage and all men and women are merely players. That's Shakespeare. So lets be a good one to please him . ;)

Under The Tree

"A ball is thrown upwards with an velocity of 2 m/s in 8 s it attains the maximum height and comes back in the hand of the thrower. Calculate the maximum height and the final velocity by which it came down.Cool! that's easy. What say?" said Ananya hoping from the person sitting besides her.

"Yaa. It's done see!" She cheered and looked back and just the world around her froze.

There was the love of her life sleeping perfectly innocent with his mouth a bit open and snoring as if whispering in slumber. He looked as childish as his behaviour and was probably tired with the school work.

"Aarav!" she tried shaking him but he was in a too deep sleep.

She just adored the guy sitting in front of her right now! She so wanted to pat his face right now. And who was stopping her from that. She lifted her hand up and placed it on his right cheek firmly and just patted it well. He looked so cute while sleeping. She waited for a moment and laid her back to touch the trunk of the tree they were sitting under. She rested her head on Aarav's shoulder and got a firm grip on his right hand and nuzzled close to him and closed her eyes to feel his closeness. And both of them slept quietly until they were disturbed by Aarav's mobile. Ringing!

"Who the hell.... " Aarav shouted but shut immediately to see his love sleeping so calmly now hugging him with her head on his chest and hands around him. He silenced his phone that instance. He just wanted to stare at her till infinity. She was sleeping so peacefully like with no worries nothing. Just sleeping there with him. he shook her to wake her up and in result she nuzzled more close to him. he shook her vigorously this time and she wake up.

"Good Morning!" Ananya exclaimed.

"Good morning nahi good night hone wali hai Ananya. Come on get we need to go." Said Aarav.

"Ahhhhannnn!"   Ananya was in no mood to leave him.

"Come I will drop you home.'' Said Aarav.

"Only if we walk!" Ananya demanded.

"As you wish!" said Aarav.
